Here is a similar measurement photo which is located in a few places around the internet. On one site the words "old trick" was included, but I think it is genuine, not morphed.

I think I could see where it would be manipulated, but it's pretty seamless if it was done, I couldn't do a better job myself!

Before the questions start (asking Dr, or someone else to prove it), to illustrate Dr's point, see the attached (resized to comply with message attachment restrictions). Again, I just notice patterns, and the use of the "cloning tool", so others can get into the other problems.
On the right, the areas enclosed are a pixel-for-pixel match. On the left the 2 arrow-like dark lines, then the solid straight line above them, along with the dark spot, highlighted by the crescents, are identical. The only "clever" part about it is that they been cloned, or pasted, in at an angle, so the matches aren't as obvious, also producing the "bend".

Ahah!! The cloning tool has become his undoing, as was the case recently with the photos from the Reuters news agency: http://zombietime.com/reuters_photo_fraud/ contains an in-depth analysis of the cloning technique identical to the fakery used in the photograph used by 'jeremyA'.
