I had the condom issue but because it was to tight on the reservoir tip and girth of it. Find a condom with a bigger reservoir tip and girth.

The drinking part of it...uh....don't drink. Just kidding. Just have one or two , don't get wasted. Good luck.

Yes, they both happen to many people. Tense has good advice. Try different brands of condoms and don't drink so much if it's impairing your sex life.
