    When I'm getting off, I usually don't last very long...maybe a minute or so. Is this abnormally quick? If so, what can be done about it (just practice using the stop and go method)? If so, how many times should I stop/go and how long will it take to see results? Thanks guys for your help...I'm sorta worried about it

    I have two pieces of advice:
    1. Edging. As soon as you feel an orgasm come on, lay off. Practice what you learn on a live human.
    2. If you blow your load too quickly, see how soon you can go for round 2.

    I often find that my first load of the day lasts less than 5 minutes, but after that I can usually go an hour without even trying hard (well, HARD, but that's another story haha).

    Depends what the purpose of 'getting off' is!

    If you are in a hurry and just relieving pressure you are lucky to be able to blow quickly.

    If you have the time and want to extend the pleasure then quick isnt so good and the advice is quite sound.

    If you are interacting with another person quick isnt so good either and again advice provided so far is good.
    Edging allows you to determine how long................It is like flying in a holding pattern waiting to land...throttle up then back off and coast and keep repeating this sequence until you are ready to land then full throttle ahead till landing is completed.........

    the old Masters & Johnson trick will work on this ...

    Ideally this handwork is done by a partner but there are few women patient and caring enough.

    Anyways, you jerk off to the edge(before Point of No Return) and then move your hand to the base of your cock (above balls) and hold your fingers tight in a ring. Count to a full 20 seconds and calm down. Focus on your breathing. Buildup slowly and repeat.The idea is to clamp off the sensation before you cum *not* to do a retrograde ejaculation.

    Try the Edge and Release 10 times in a session then go to town. Do more the next time. Keep the 20 second wait interval. If you're really trigger happy you may have to jerk off ahead of your encounters for now.

    Also do you kegel exercises. Look it up and do them at least once a day for 10-20 minutes till you've got control of that muscle (you can do them while standing, on the bus, doing whatever).

    The idea is you learn to identify your plateau stage and what level of stimulation will take you to PONR. Then you know to back off the stimulation a bit as required when having sex to stay off the PONR. Learning to wait out a full 15-20 seconds is good training because during sex the tempation is often to go harder harder harder. If you learn to back off and wait a bit at times you can tease your partner and get better results for her (fuck her brains out) and control yourself.

    Some good porn durring practice will desensitize you a bit too if your part. partner is just really really hot. Sometimes psychological factors(she moves in a particular way or says something particularly dirty) or a fetish will act as a paticular trigger and set you over the edge/or catch you off guard. Usually you can identify these later. Next time try to think about about something else(untill you want to come).

    If all else fails go tell your doctor you are slightly depressed, and want a low dose anti-depressant, any of the SSRIs will make it much much harder to cum. Zoloft or Prozac are better and mostly safe.

    Bad? Well, I don't think many women would be satisfied if you came within one minute of entering them.

    All the advice on edging, stop and go or the Masters & Johnson technique are basically variations on the same theme. Do it, if you wish to last longer.

    You ask how many times you should do it. You continue with the exercises until you can last at least 15 minutes without cumming. Preferably you continue until you can last 45 minutes or more without ejaculating.

    Really it's all about learning about your own body and training yourself to have control over your sexual arousal and responses.
