There are three moles/freckles on Troye's chest that form a roughly triangular shape, with the topmost one on the underside of his right pec. I do see three moles/freckles on the bulge pic, but the topmost one is closer to his left pec.

The indentation is clearly there. The second picture is poorer quality than the first. It makes sense that not all of the moles would be as visible. It is clearly his body. The shape matches, the pattern of the abs matches, the nipples match, the trail matches. It is him.

The arm and the hand in that Grindr picture looks just like Troye's in this old picture. In fact most of his body looks the same so it's either him or a really good fake
