When you consider that Hillary Clinton got 3 MILLION more votes than DJT you can argue that they did not.

All they had to do was have just enough of an effect in few key states.

Less than 80,000 in WI, Mi, OH and PA

All they had to do was get a few thousand who otherwise would have voted for HRC to vote for Jill Stein because they "wanted to vote their consciuos" or "send a message" Jill Stein's vote in both WI and MI was MORE than enough to make the difference.

All they had to do was get few thousand who otherwise would have vote for HRC to not vote at all. In WI, in Milwaukee County alone a heavily Democratic area turnout was down by over 40,000 again more than enough to make the difference.

All they had to do was was get a few thousand people who would have otherwise voted for HRC or possibly not voted at all to go a vote for DJT or as they want to say "voted against Clinton" Such people exist. I have a sister who live in a suburb of Milwaukee who was one such person.

Also it was not just 13 people, there was a "multiplier effect" they had an effect on who knows how many US citizens, 100's if not thousands.

In addition they had wikileaks which on an almost daily basis for 6 months "leaked" E-mails which DJT flogged in every stump speech "I love wikileaks" which if you ever read them actually read them were pretty much inocous bullshit. John Podesta's favorite rizota recipe. But it kept "E-mails" in the news day in day out. The end result of it was that by election day and to this day a significant % if not outright majority of Trumpians will sear up and down that the E-mails in question were "hacked' from HRC's "private server" which they were NOT.

Then of course you had the cherry on top of it all hardly 2 weeks out Jim Comey, against the direction of the AG HIS BOSS sends his "re-opening the investigation" letter and then is all "shocked" that it gets leaked. And then like 2 days out says "never mind" when virtually all early voting had be completed. and to make matters worse it is revealed that the FBI had the computer and by default the E-mails almost a MONTH before the election and could have reviewed them and took the same amount of time that they in fact did and been done BEFORE the date of his letter and would have known there was "nothing to it" and like they should have, then said NOTHING. Again we are only talking about needing to "effect" a few thousand votes.

Add it all up and those 13 Russians and all those other Russians had just enough of an effect to effect the outcome.
