I know people don't like to think their easy to read, but you sir, are See Spot Run. :biggrin1:

And you're Everyone Poops. How does it feel to be talked about on every page of a famous publication?

I take it you have nothing else of value to contribute to this thread? Just confirm with one more irrelevant, character attacking post so I can add you to the ever growing list of foolish people I have to ignore.

Funnily enough, I was actually going to use "Everyone Poops", but I decided using a title with "poops" in it was immature .

P.S. Always a fan of people contributing nothing of value to a thread desperately trying to call out others for the same thing. Note: you didn't have to respond to my last post, but you did anyway, while simultaneously contributing nothing to getting the topic back on track after I handled you :biggrin1:. So I'll be the bigger man and do the deed!

It would seem that if it was indeed Trump's plan to drum up ratings and interest in "The Apprentice" he has failed miserably.

As if drawing up a messy metaphor between someone's intellect and a children's book is a sign of cranial sophistication to begin with. Don't play yourself. You did it first, and it's not underneath me to deliver a body blow when the opposition is constantly swinging. There's only so many times you can get a way with it before I strike back, and if you haven't figured it out already I'm REALLY good at scoring.

P.S. Always a fan of people contributing nothing of value to a thread desperately trying to call out others for the same thing.

Actually, many of my posts on this thread are on topic and that's the only thing I have to worry about. The same way I don't give a damn about what you believe, I also don't give a damn if you don't think I contribute anything of value to this thread. But since my post ratio in this thread is more on topic than your own, you have no sensible argument to raise here.

Note: you didn't have to respond to my last post, but you did anyway, while simultaneously contributing nothing to getting the topic back on track after I handled you :biggrin1:. So I'll be the bigger man and do the deed!

And a smiley is supposed to excuse you for your belittling character assumptions? Do yourself a favor and stop trying to scuba dive without an oxygen tank. You can't ever get that deep without drowning yourself. And now, the ignore list awaits you....

Contributed nothing.

Please get off the thread if you are going to continuously derail it with your personal attacks.

Back to Trump... He is nothing more than an opportunist. I will concede that he is a very good businessman. He isn't the "best", but he's very good. He clearly understands the concepts of leveraging other people's money, the value of creating and leveraging a brand, and how to achieve his goals by using media and carefully controlled marketing campaigns.

I don't believe he ever really wanted to run for President, but I sincerely believe he wanted to be President. I think it was the reality of disclosing his actual finances, which everyone agrees could not and would not measure up to his claims of the extent of his personal fortune, coupled with media scrutiny that could not be controlled or leveraged to promote his brand that kept him out of the race.

While he is a very good businessman, I think he would have been a lousy President. We need politicians who are self-aware, honest, and willing to endure negative attacks on their character. Granted, we don't have that many politicians who possess all three of those criteria but in my opinion, Trump can't be described as having any of them.
