From the law offices of NOE, CHITT, and SHERLOCK:
Fox News Staffers Erupt Over Tucker Carlson’s Racism, Say Bosses ‘Created a White Supremacist Cell’

"They created a white supremacist cell inside the top cable network in America."
— A Fox News staffer to The Daily Beast

Duhhhhh... and this is NEWS?? well.... better fkn LATE THAN NEVER:

Four days after Fox News aired a particularly tone-deaf graphic connecting the killings of Black men—including George Floyd and Martin Luther King Jr.—to stock market gains, many of the network’s Black staffers took part in a phone call with company brass to confront Fox’s increasingly racist and hostile rhetoric towards the protests against police brutality.

It did not go well.

The call on June 9 lasted more than 90 minutes and included Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott, President Jay Wallace, and HR chief Kevin Lord, people familiar with the matter told The Daily Beast. It was led by Scott, who is white, and Marsheila J. Hayes, the vice president of diversity and inclusion at Fox Corporation, who is Black.

It was almost immediately rife with tension. One staffer directly asked why Bret Baier—the anchor of the network’s key weekday news broadcast, Special Report, which aired the offensive graphic—was not on the call, nor any other white on-air talent. (Baier had previously apologized for the “major screw-up,” noting that, because the show bears his name, “the buck stops with me.” Fox News also apologized for the “insensitivity” of the infographic, adding that it “should have never aired on television without full context.”)

Other participants on the call expressed anger and distress about rampant racism at Fox, both on- and off-air.

Fox Business Network host Charles Payne, who is Black, was particularly incensed, according to multiple people who attended the call. In fact, he had previously called Scott directly and, per a person familiar, was “ripshit” about the Baier graphic debacle and about racist remarks that Laura Ingraham had recently made on the air.

At one point on the June 9 call, sources told The Daily Beast, an irate Payne suggested he’d been the victim of racial discrimination, repeatedly passed over for opportunities given instead to white colleagues.

Elsewhere, the staffers recalled, Payne, who has been at Fox since 2007, lamented the network’s tone when covering Black cultural stories, including the killing of California rapper and anti-gang activist Nipsey Hussle. How can he talk to his children about Fox News, the host wondered, when it portrays people like Hussle in a racist, stereotypical manner as a gangster?

Speaking of racism and bigotry, WHAT THE FUCK guys?? What's up with THIS shit?

The Disturbing Rise of Anti-Semitism Among Black Celebs, From Diddy and Nick Cannon to Ice Cube

don't always agree with Barkley, but HE GETS IT:

Charles Barkley 'So Disappointed' in Nick Cannon and Other Black Celebrities for Anti-Semitic Comments

Barkley started off Thursday's episode of the TNT podcast by addressing those celebrities and saying that the anti-Semitism "has gotta stop." He said that he was baffled by their ignorance.

"What the hell are y'all doing? Y'all want racial equality. We all do. I don't understand how insulting another group helps our cause. I don't understand in any shape or form," the former Philadelphia 76er said.

In his podcast on Thursday, Barkley decried all of that anti-Semitism.

"We can't allow Black people to be prejudiced also, especially if we're asking for white folks to respect us, give us economic opportunity and things like that," he said. "If you want respect, you got to give respect, but I don't understand how you beat hatred with more hatred."

The 57-year-old added that these sorts of anti-Semitic comments undermine the Black Lives Matter movement.

"Especially at a time when you're asking people to respect Black people, that black lives matter, this whole George Floyd thing has opened up a great dialogue to some of the problems in the black community," he said. "I don't want to alienate anybody, and to take shots at the Jewish, the white race, I just don't like it, cause it's not right."

While many celebrities have offered apologies for offensive comments, Barkley called them "lightweight" and "flimsy," saying they seemed insincere.

"I think sometimes when you say stuff like that you really mean it. You just got—people called you on it," he said. "I don't understand how that could be in your vocabulary and in your heart. I don't understand. I'm never gonna accept it."

EXACTLY.

TRUMP INSPIRED HATE, from the Bigot in Chief Himself:

Unable to name Black war hero, Trump mockingly suggests renaming Confederate bases after Al Sharpton – Raw Story

Donald Trump suggested that bases named after Confederate soldiers should not be renamed because he could think of no Black war heroes deserving of the honor.

Trump made the remarks during an interview in which Fox News host Chris Wallace noted that legislation funding the Department of Defense could also force some bases to be renamed.

“You’re going to veto that?” Wallace asked.

‘I did more for the military than any president!” Trump exclaimed.

[FILE UNDER: Russian Bounties for American Troops. But note he didn't say "any OTHER"... so he's fn-a SPOT-ON in that regard.]

“But you’re going to veto this bill?” Wallace pressed.

“I think that Ft. Bragg, Ft. Robert E. Lee — all of these forts that have been named that way for a long time — decades and decades,” the president opined.

“But the military says they are for this,” Wallace pointed out.

“Excuse me,” Trump continued. “I don’t care what the military says. I’m supposed to make the decision. Ft. Bragg is a big deal.

“What are we going to name it,” he added, seemingly at a loss for the names of Black war heroes. “You going to name it after the Rev. Al Sharpton? What are you going to name it, Chris? Tell me what you’re going to name it.”

“We won two beautiful world wars that were vicious and horrible.”

Yeah, b-------------. And nary a "BONE SPUR" in sight.

The rabble rousing racist who, in 2016, called Mexican immigrants criminals and rapists, and who had the audacity to ask Black voters, "What have you got to lose?" has retweeted racist posts, backed voter suppression efforts, signed legislation and appointed judges to hurt Black people, has told women of color to "go back" to some other country, has of late besmirched George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement, and even now is illegally abducting protesters in Portland and planning to send feds to other American cities.

AND in addition to all of that and MUCH MORE, has earned the unrepudiated, NOT disavowed DEVOTION and support of supremacists, neo-nazis, and your every day, garden variety BIGOT, who, as evidenced by the dozens and dozens of stories posted herein, have been utterly and completely EMBOLDENED by the rank racist and hateful rhetoric stoked by Trump and his radical right, domestic terrorist supporters and defenders.

Stories of insults, assaults, confrontations, threats, intimidation, and criminal intent to file false charges against minorities for no other reason than their being there, the instigators of which, in 99 percent of the incidents, come away UNSCATHED, surprisingly, considering that (according to THEM) Black people and minorities are supposedly the ones "given to violence."

SO, HOW FAR is the Bigot in Chief willing to go to further endear himself to his unwavering hoard, those that support him still, and to protect the racist, insurrectionist legacy of the confederacy while his gestapo occupation force abducts protestors off city streets and and fires upon them? Well...

Trump Threatens To Veto Troop Pay Raises To Protect Confederate Names | HuffPost

confederacy.jpg
Donald Trump Tuesday formally threatened to veto an annual “must-pass” military bill — including pay raises for troops — to prevent the renaming of military bases currently honoring Confederate traitors.

The White House’s “Statement of Administration Policy” on the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act claims that the provision “is part of a sustained effort to erase from the history of the Nation those who do not meet an ever-shifting standard of conduct.” The document warns that should the legislation arrive on Trump’s desk the way it is currently written, “his senior advisors would recommend that he veto it.”

"An ever shifting standard of conduct"??? GTFOH. Talk about your bullshit reich wing whitewash speak....

Australian special forces shown posing with 'Southern Pride' Confederate flag in Afghanistan - ABC News

nitwits.jpg

Australian special forces soldiers photographed and filmed themselves posing with a Confederate flag while on operations in Afghanistan, ABC Investigations can reveal. A photo and a video show two SAS soldiers smiling and holding up the flag, which has the words "Southern Pride" emblazoned on it.

An Australian Defence Force spokesperson said the ADF was not previously aware of the pictures and video, and so was not in a position to identify who was responsible.

A former senior US army officer who did two combat tours of Afghanistan described the images as outrageous, saying the Confederate flag is a symbol of racism and slavery.

"I served in Uruzgan Province with Australian forces in 2012," said Hal Johnston, a former lieutenant-colonel with the US 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.

"This flag … is a symbol that should not have been displayed by any unit. "It's been displayed by the Ku Klux Klan, by racist organisations, American Nazis have used it.

"I'm stunned that an Australian special forces unit was displaying [it] … ignorance is not an excuse."

No it isn't. But for SOME it certainly is BLISS.

The history of lynching, as well as the story of massacres of aboriginal people in occupied colonies around the British Empire and other colonialist states needs to be documented properly and much better known. This is why history is important. We ought not to erase the past, we need to understand it, its context and the truth of events it describes. Erasing history does no one any good. Nor does being stuck in history and not trying to do the best to fix the issues of the present. As the cliche goes (but I think it is apropos) those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

I hope you're intelligent enough not to believe what Huffpost puts out. They've never been a reputible News Source. Yes I'm 100 percent Gay and a #Walkaway in 2014 fromm the Demwit Party.

Trumps objection was kneeling during the national anthem. Felt is was disrespectful. Just being clear. All the players stood during the national anthem tonight.
.
Baseball was really not kneeling at all when Trump was ranting. His issue has always been football, and pretty much all teams will be kneeling for most if not all of this years games at the start - and the playing of 'the black national anthem' - which is also happening everywhere, as the NFL makes public rebukes of Trump and embraces BLM. Trump's head will explode opening week.

A group of around 20 armed men confronted a black male taking part in a solo demonstration at the Utah State Capitol in protest at police brutality and the treatment of African Americans in the country.
Ahead of the protest, Insurgence USA released a statement saying how the "country is split" between those standing up for equal rights and treatment of Black people, and those forming armed groups that are "objecting to those rights."

"On top of this, we live in a scary reality where these armed citizens hardly differ from unmarked government officials-groups of which, have been appearing at a frightening rate across the nation," the statement added.

Earlier this month, the ACLU of Utah expressed concerns at how police officers were seen to "joke with, fist bump, and accept water bottles" from Black Lives Matter counter-protesters who have "publicly embraced white supremacist views."

MEANWHILE, MORE HATE (MUCH of the dog whistle rhetoric being all TOO familiar):

An anti-Black Lives Matter group on Facebook swiftly became a massive, racist cesspool

Backlash to the nationwide Black Lives Matter protests has exploded on the internet. A public Facebook group called FY BLM, which stood for “fuck you Black Lives Matter,” and launched on July 6, attracted more than 22,000 followers.

This afternoon, a company spokesperson said they were looking into whether the FY BLM page violated its standards. Minutes later, the page had been removed from the platform.

A Facebook spokesperson told the Daily Dot, “we removed this group for violating our policies on hate speech.”

The page repeatedly likened Black Lives Matter, a movement began in reaction to police brutality against Black people and the relatively meager attention given to their deaths, to a terrorist organization and hate group.

Claiming that the movement is the equivalent to the Ku Klux Klan, or “the Klan with a tan,” was a common, and appalling, refrain on the page. It has also likened Black Lives Matter to the Nazi party.

The page’s avatar claimed that it existed to “[call] out the woke hypocritical race baiting terrorist BLM group for what they are.”

Its “about” section falsely stated that Black Lives Matter is a hate group, and said that Black lives only matter to the group when someone is killed by a white police officer.

Some posts from the page were wildly popular, popping up in other groups frequented by racists and far-right militias.

A recent video of someone burning a Black Lives Matter flag while Toby Keith’s “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American)” plays was shared 60,000 times.

Posts such as these often solicited racist responses. One comment referred to a founder of Black Lives Matter as “George Soros’ paid slave;” another suggested free shooting lessons for gang members so they kill each other off; others used derogatory, racist language for Black people. Many called for violence.

Content on the page was clearly in violation of Facebook’s standards.

Several people claimed that they reported it to Facebook—yet it persisted until a reporter contacted the company.

Facebook’s community guidelines regarding hate speech prohibit attacking people based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, etc.

Policing hate speech on Facebook has proved difficult, however, in part because people are continuously looking for new ways to escape detection... and in part because hate proliferates on social media.
