This. What happens when any other judicial opinion is challenged? There is a process and protocol to follow. You zealous , fear mongering hillarybots are really silly..with all this, what happens if shit..

The process and protocol is set up such that, if all branches of government reflect one party's views, that party gets its way.

That's the problem.

Well then, the people "appellates" are free to sue , and go to court to Appeal the decision..
Please..the man has not even been sworn in yet..

Which court? Appeals end with the Supreme Court, which will have a Trump-leaning majority.

Please..the man has not even been sworn in yet..

It's not a question of whether or not he's been sworn in. It's a question of the largely unchecked power already in place for him.

Seems personal attacks and f-bombs are absolutely acceptable whenever a lib doesn't like your view. No wonder the world is so messed up right now.

Why don't you go tell that to your buddies Julie from Naples and Mercury Girl--they're from your side of the political spectrum and they're nasty, insulting, and hurlers of steaming invective.

The world's being messed up right now is not the result of personal attacks and f-bombs in a fucking cock-site forum. Thought you were smarter than that and beyond thinking in Con-radio labels, but I was wrong.

Thank God for Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher and Tony Blair and by the way you can thank your fellow disenfranchised Colonial Brits for crossing the pond and wiping out the Indigenous Indian population.

Save me a Drumbstick

Can't even spell drumstick... You're ignorant, Miss Thing. You like Tony Blair, Dubya's lickspittle butt-boy? Figures...

The world is messed up because no one can agree on compromise and move forward. It's all about "my way" or nothing. Not happy with an outcome? Protest. And certainly protesting is within our rights, but there is a prevalence now to complain about every friggin thing if I'm "offended," "not heard," "overlooked," you name it. We're all about ourselves these days. And I see this entitlement mentally of "it must be MY way" as coming primarily from one side, and it ain't the conservatives.

Just my opinion.

Two things. First, compromise can be a good thing, but in some matters--like civil rights issues--shouldn't be accepted. Second, I would say the "my way or nothing" attitude--or truth be told, simply "nothing"--characterized the perversely obstructionist Republican opposition during the Obama administration.

Lack of compromise; my way or no way?

I don't seem to recall you're taking issue with the republicans in congress who vowed to block everything and anything Obama planned before he was even sworn in, and then went on, post 2010, to become the most obstructionist, least accomplished congress in HISTORY!!

And seem to recall many a time obama didn't engage house republicans, and instead just enlisted support from one side of the aisle. Whatever, we all know the hold ups in, and frustrations with, congress. If you go back to my post today #158 my comment was directed to the tone among those here on this site towards each other, and the "pulse" in the general population. Certainly Chrysippus has exemplified that.

That's all Liberal's know how to do.
Call people names. Racist,Bigot,Ignorant Etc....
Put label's on people and groups.
The Liberal mantra: Do as I say not as I do.

The fact remains through all of their name calling....a Republican will be the next President of the United States.

Revisionist history; a standard tool of the right. Obama capitulated to the republicans at every turn much to the chagrin of the progressive left
