USA has been doing it for decades in several countries. Excuse me if I can't feel sorry for the USA on that matter.
I didn't ask you to feel sorry for the USA. An Authoritarian regime (with ties to Donald Trump) is trying to meddle in our election. That troubles me.

The Baltic States are NATO members. An attack on them is an attack on the USA.

Nobody is attacking the Baltics... Russia hasn't lifted a finger towards any "invasion" or "attack" on the Baltics.

Russia isn't even posturing against the Baltics... there's been no zero threats or even the slightest talk of an "attack"

Yet you wouldn't know that because you don't know anything about the situation outside of the efforts of the western Media to whip you up into a fervor.

If China was patrolling our California coast with a nuclear armed ship... you don't think we'd buzz their ship? Get fucking real.

The Russian jet was an air-to-land fighter that was UNARMED. If you knew even one thing about military matters, you'd realize that buzzing hostile ships with an unarmed plane is a VERY peaceful way to send a message to stay away from their border.

The Baltics are crying wolf... Poland is crying wolf. Russia doesn't want to invade or attack Poland or the Baltics? Why the fuck would they?

Russia simply wants the West to stop interfering with their lives and to leave them alone.

The email dump isn’t a high-minded act of transparency. It’s a foreign power attempting to swing an election for its favored candidate.

There would never be any need to "dump" the emails of they didn't contain evidence of sabotage, cheating and lying.

You take issue with transparency and sunlight yet have no problems with sabotage, lying and cheating.

You are accusing Russia of sabotage by leaking examples of sabotage? No, leaking examples of sabotage is called leaking THE TRUTH.

It's not going to "sway or swing" the election... it is meant to reveal the Clinton campaign's dirty tricks and show how their campaign was a campaign of lies and deceit.

The voters should be armed with the truth when they go to the ballot box... why do you think the voters should be "in the dark" and misled by the Clinton campaign? Why do the voters not deserve the truth?

US Anti Russian Hype
https://consortiumnews.com/2016/06/27/europeans-contest-us-anti-russian-hype/

"Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who a week ago shockingly accused the North Atlantic Treaty Organization of “war-mongering” against Russia."

"Just a day after Steinmeier was quoted in Bild, General Petr Pavel, chairman of NATO’s military committee, dropped another bombshell. Pavel told a Brussels press conference flat out that Russia was not at a threat to the West."

"This reached a peak with the false narrative of events in Ukraine, in which blatant evidence of the West’s complicity in a violent coups d’état was omitted from corporate media accounts, while Russia’s assistance to eastern Ukrainians resisting the coup has been framed as a Russian “invasion.”"

etc.
On the other hand, it cannot be ruled out that in order to destabilise some Baltic countries, Russia may use a similar scenario as those in Crimea and eastern Ukraine, he added.
"Rather, we are speaking about what we call a hybrid threat," Pavel said.
The deployment of four international battalions in the Baltics and Poland was intended for determent of a possible activity, Pavel said.

Since we're groveling in the Cold War era again, let's get nostalgic and watch what we did as kids..

Many countries including the U.S. engage in surveillance and hacking sensitive information of other countries. All are culpable. Yet some of the most VOCAL critics of THIS country's involvement in such are the very ones rising to the defense of Putin. Why is that?

Who is defending Putin again?
How can you defend someone against charges by someone who has just been investigated and cleared by the FBI, that her sensitive emails were not hacked..then a week later..she turns around and accuses Russia of hacking DNC emails?
So I guess her private server at home is more secure than the one DNC has? And more secure than the NSA has..
Sounds like someone has been reading All The Presidents Men, and came up with a sequel

Why you insist on trying to conflate the two issues is beyond me.

You seem determined to beat the dead horse of Hillary's use of a private email server - of which she's been found not guilty of criminal intent (it was a rather asinine allegation to begin with)

for the purposes of applauding the hack (which for the moment seems to point to Russian origins)

because out of 20,000 pieces of correspondence SEVERAL were found to contain suggestions and ideas for anti Bernie smears

which (by all indications) NEVER came to fruition anyway.

REALLY?

BECAUSE THE "EVIDENCE" IS BEING FALSIFIED AND THERE IS NO ACTUAL CONNECTION TO THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT OR PUTIN FOR THAT MATTER... YOU ARE OPERATING ON A LIE DESIGNED TO WHIP YOU UP INTO A WAR FRENZY.

You are correct. Her private server was more secure than the one at the DNC. No one said her server was more secure than the NSA.
