In the Tumblr dashboard settings, there is an option to request that a zip file is generated in order to export the content of your Tumblr, tater. I tried that multiple times, but I was never able to download more than 250mb of the zip file before it would crash.
I didn't want to lose the content on my Tumblr, so yesterday got a couple of apps. One app to export my Tumblr videos and another to export my Tumblr photos.
With the photo app, I was able to batch export my Tumblr's photos. I also had the option to export every lphoto that I had liked on any other Tumblr in the past. \
With the video app, the instructions sucked. I had to find out to use it from another customer. After someone explained to me how to use the video app, it was pretty simple. The app allows you to export the video content of multiple Tumblr blogs at the same. After videos are processed, they are batched filed into folders which are labeled to correspond with the name of each associated Tumblr blog.
The process was so quick and easy that I also ended up backing a few blogs of other people what I like.
I assumed the apps would stop working today, but for some reason, both apps are still working, as long as you enter into each app the correct Tumblr blog web address.
Because of the block, you will are not able to see the blocked content on the front end of the process, , but on the back end, the photos and videos are exported the same way that they were before the black
