Twisted Girl Throws Puppies in River!!!!

If that upset you don't watch the soldier video of hin tossing a puppy yards into a pit. Like I said sociopaths w/no empathy.
Just this morning in the Alexander City Outlook newspaper is the sad story of two 13-year olds who tossed a kitten around breaking both a leg and his hip then spraying paint in the kitten's eyes.
BTW, the kitten lived but had to be taken to the vet for treatment. If you ask me it's the kids and perhaps their parents that need treatment!

These people are learning from somewhere that dogs and cats have no feelings and are just there for them to take their emotions out on. How they never seem to hear the animals cries is beyond me but that alone tells you there is something SERIOUSLY wrong w/these people. Just think if they can do this to animals w/no remorse just what could they eventually graduate to doing to humans. Don't they always say that most serial killers start of w/animal cruelty?!

It's a common theory and one I agree with. Some years ago I was watching one of those "True Crime"-style TV shows (which I don't think should be made because I think they give people ideas), and the subject - can't remember his name or his exact crimes but they were brutal and commited many times - started out with animal cruelty as a teenager. What I found most shocking, was that his teen behaviour was practically enabled by his grandmother! He would slice off the ears and tails of kittens and when he 'ran out', dear old granny would just go to the local pet shop and get some more!
I don't want to be one of those "blame-the-parents" types because I think there are sometimes "bad seeds" with damn good parents, but that sort of raising is disgusting!

The disturbing video provoked worldwide outrage after being posted online earlier this week.
Police say they have located the girl, who is a juvenile, from leads given by animal protection groups in the country.

All of Ex Yugoslavia has laws that protect animals, but our justice systems suck! I believe only Slovenia has a proper justice system.

Well that just F'N sucks in my opinion. People like her and the person who filmed her doing it shouldn't be free to walk the streets of any country!
