So we’re basing something happening off of Colton liking a tweet? He was just joking. Colton at the time was supposedly already in a relationship remember? A hidden one. He’s talked about. Plus he was dealing with the whole keeping his sexuality a secret thing. And ask for Hoech he was literally in a relationship the entire time he was on the show. Yes he may have been in only two but one was within the first two seasons of the show and then the other started right after. So he couldn’t have been involved with Colton if he was already dating someone else throughout the shows run. Once Colton left he did other things and Hoech was still in a relationship with someone else.
