Right. Like I don’t understand. They definitely planted a lot of seeds hinting that Stiles was going to be bisexual. Derek we know had a bad experience with two of the women on the show and then his first love died, so it would’ve made sense that he was drawn to someone who was almost an exact replica of his childhood love. It would’ve made so much more sense.

And the whole thing with Stiles and Lydia that was pure fan service. They knew that Dylan was getting tired of the show( his bestie Hoechlin left) and they figured before he left they would go ahead and make Stydia a thing which I don’t really think Dylan or the actress that played Lydia were a big fan of because it should’ve been something that was more gradual and not forced. The whole she suddenly realize she likes him after he’s blinked out of existence was pathetic.

Apparently it was supposed to have been Derek and Stiles in the wild hunt in season 6A. But because Tyler was doing something else they made Peter be there instead. I don’t know how true that is or not but season 6A would’ve been a good time for Sterek to have gotten together while in the wild hunt.

They legit had no chemistry other than big brother little brother. Besides Scott worked better with Allison more.

No lies detected. Most of us watched too the end but in truth the whole show fell apart after season 3. Totally reading Derek Hale fan fiction in high school was my thing. I get as a creator you don’t want to force two characters together you didn’t plan to...but I think they should have left it more open for everyone, I think Tyler was kinda upset they let down a lot of fans. He’s such a sweetheart and knows how much it meant to see such an unlikely pair have such great chemistry.

Completely understandable. They did however create that chemistry and put those two together a lot! What really felt forced however were the two relationships that they were in. Derek and that hunter and Stiles and Malia. That was just odd.

There were many moments where it looked like Dean is actually gay/bi or has that temptation but tries to deny it badly.

The Stiles Maila thing was just a mess, they were better as friends, just like he and Lydia. It works better.

As for Dean I never saw him as possibly gay or bi but I think those moments where they add in that "maybe he is" are hilarious. The whole show has homoerotic subtext. Like that fan website on the show run by the one crazy chick called "more than brothers.com".

Him and Dylan O’Brien are best friends in real life and they wanted more scenes together, but the director was a jack ass.

Are they? I know social media isn't necessarily indicative of real life, but based on his I'd assume he hangs out with Ian Bohen almost as much as with his own brother, and I see lots of back-and-forth between him and JR Bourne and Colton Haynes. I never see him interact with O'Brien in anything not con-related, despite them and Posey having been roommates while the show filmed in Atlanta.

I've also heard that it was MTV that shut down them having more scenes together, and instructed them not to sign or endorse anything encouraging the slash ship between their characters. The show's directors (plural) would have filmed whatever the writing staff/execs put in the script, it's not like a movie where a single director runs the whole production.

Until season 6, the show creator / show runner / head writer, Jeff Davis, was heavily involved in the all aspects of the show... and is openly gay. Season 6 he said he was stepping away from the writing process but was still showrunning - so he had less creative impact into the storylines of the show starting then, if that makes any sense.

Jackson and Ethan were there too honestly take the focus away from Sterek again. Making it to where they had an out bisexual character on the show. Like we all know that Jackson said he could be anybody’s type. But that was more of a pansexual thing at least that’s the way I saw it. But I just feel like Stiles was meant to be the first bisexual character and they took that away and gave it to Jackson instead.

Plus let’s be real here Colton and Charlie coming out and being somewhat successful and coming back to teen wolf who is ran by a gay producer was supposed to make the show more popular or whatever. To me I fell they just brought Charlie and Colton back just to use them really. It actually took Colton to convince Hoechlin and Dylan to come back. So that says a lot.

Because let’s be real here I would’ve preferred Danny and Jackson because they were actually friends and it would’ve made sense. But Jackson and Ethan? Really? Like yes go ahead and use your newly outed actors who were previously on the show for clout, yes go ahead and do that.
