I have not messed with many guys but have had 2 cut BFs (out of 12) and seen two of my friends naked who were cut.
I am circumcised. I play rugby and 2 other guys are circumcised in the showers.
I was circumcised aged 11. No medical or religious issues. Growing up most of my mates were uncut but maybe 20% were circumcised. In my rugby club the cut rate was higher.
It's really low in the uk. I wouldn't mind seeing that percentage getting higher!
Those of us that know the benefits of a cut cock would agree, and I think that there are a number of lads in my sons' generation (in their teens now) who would benefit form being circumcised for have tight or over-long foreskins but don't even consider it as an option because circumcision is not widely discussed in the UK.
Sometimes i see loads of cut guys in the gym, and sometimes everyone is uncut but I think it’s all down to where the guy is from.
African, Arab, Pakistani and Bengali guys are cut.
British, Eastern European and other white guys, Caribbean and Indian guys are usually all uncut.
With white guys it seems the older they are, the more likely they are cut. Maybe it was common in the UK to get cut back then as i see a lot of white British guys 50+ who are cut. Anyone below that age is usually uncut though.

That does bear out my limited experience. In the nude swim club I belong to, the members are all UK (we are in a very rural area), and there is a high percentage of circumcised men, and most of them are over 50. I have no idea why any were done - it's not a topic that comes up! - but there are some 30-50 who are, and one who usually has his foreskin retracted. As @Lad1995 says, some meetings can be all foreskins (well, except mine!), and others all circumcised.
I think it used to be quite popular amongst the middle classes. Certainly when I was at school in the 80s a significant proportion, (though still a minority) were circumcised.
I had the snip five years ago, so am lucky to have experienced both in my life.
If guys want to get cut when they are adults then it's their choice, parents should allow their sons to choose for themselves by leaving them intact. With the human rights campaigns against circumcision in Europe I'd think that many parents leave their sons intact and that mostly circumcise out of tradition. Tho why anyone would choose to be forced to use lube for the rest of their life and have their dick head always chafing on their underwear and drying out is beyond me
