For anyone that wants to watch or even record it, there's a 3 hour programme on C5 starting right now called 'Most Shocking Celebrity Moments', and apparently Rob Lowe's Sex tape will be one of the things touched on.

Its been on before. Actually, there was a show on CH4 or CH5 recently called MOST SHOCKING CELEB SEX TAPES which showed clips fropm ALL the famous sex tapes. The Rob Lowe one isnt very good quality anyways.

Did they interview rob lowe about it, or did it show paparrazi chasing him?

Celebs dont want to do interviews about their sex tapes! It was like a Top 10 countdown of the most famous with 5min segs explaining the drama around each one & showing small clips from it while z-listers gave their opinions on it... You know the type of show(mtv, vh1 etc) But being CH4 or CH5 it was far more explicit. It was based on downloads & dvd sales. I think Paris was top, Pammy second.
