You'll get a towel (unless you go on a mandatory nude session - some of them have those, so check the websites first). Otherwise, undress, shower and just wander and relax.
You'll soon see how things work. Most have private spaces if you want that, or you can jsut get off in the open and be watched or have others join in. They should all have free condoms and lube as well. Whether you use them or not, that's your choice of course.
All all times though, no means no. If anyone persists, have a word with the staff.
My first time I was so nervous but I love them now - the sex is a bonus, but I very much enjoy the ritural of a spa anyway - so just hanging out naked with other guys and chatting over a cuppa is also very relaxing. You could always go with a mate that you trust. I've taken a few long time buddies for their first visit because they knew I enjoyed it and wanted someone to hold their hand (as it were).
