There are two sorts of surgery. One involves cutting the supporting ligament, allowing more of your penis to hang outside the body. You get more length, but the angle of erection points a lot more downwards. Apparently the healing process requires keeping your penis in traction for some time.
The other surgery is plumping up the penis with fat. It adds girth but not length. It only lasts for six months, and if badly done it looks lumpy.
Yeah i have heard with the cutting of the tendon surgery, that you get extra lenght, but the penis becomes very wobbly because its not attached as well, and yeah the erection will move around alot more again because it isnt attached to the body, so there is alot less control, but Caleb :hi: do what you want to do.
