Mike Brown.... there are witnesses (more than one) who claim he was standing still, with is hands raised in the air, asking not to be shot, when the officer fired multiple rounds into him. While the officers "report" touts nothing about the death, just that there was a "struggle" inside the officers car. So, in this case, even if you believe there WAS a struggle in the officers car, the situation progressed further, ending with Mike Brown being a good distance away from the car and "struggle"...still unarmed...but somehow in a position that required him to be shot between 5 and 11 times. What exactly could the reason be for him to be shot that many times, form that distance...if he was unarmed?

I'm not sure whether or not they ever explained why they instantly believe everything the cops claim. According to them, you and everyone who agrees with you, you are wrong for believing one side while they are justified in believing the other. The facts are, GZ profiled then followed an unarmed young man, when he had no authority to do so. He exited his car, and STARTED to antagonize this same young man, still without the authority to do so and against the protest of the 911 operator he was speaking with....

What happened next is (to you) up for speculation. Who threw the first punch? Who was on top of who... All things that no one was there to witness, and no cameras were there to record. So, what evidence of this do we have....nothing more than GZ's testimony. Because the only other witness to the situation was shot dead.

So here we are, with only one side of a story to hear. Which is that a young boy, half the size of GZ somehow wrestled the man to the ground, and started to assault him. Allegedly breaking his nose and causing abrasions to the back of his head.

So GZ is placed in police custody and taken to the police station, where a video shows no evidence of injury, but pictures taken later show a bloody head and nose. Why the inconsistency in the visibility of injuries...? Apparently there's an infinite number of reasons that could be used explain that inconsistency, so to you, the idea of foul play is just impossible. You believe all official reports, I guess...because they're "official"...

While I don't believe the "official" reports because of the inconsistencies in the testimonies, evidence and a few other things....WITH the addition of my belief in systematic racism.

Which, IS a product of my awareness of past cases of judicial misconduct in favor of racial discrimination, prejudice, and oppression. That is my stance on this issue. The FBI and other authoritative agencies CAN lie, because they HAVE lied before. Did they lie here, maybe so, maybe not. I believe they did, you choose to believe they didn't, which doesn't surprise me. There is no further explanation needed here....

They HAVE spent untold amounts of tax payer money on many attempts to oppress an entire nation of people within a nation. You don't spend that kind of money and man power on a cause then one day just abandon it for no reason. Well, like Zimmerman's story, the exact details of how all of that happened will evolve around whatever other eyewitness accounts, questions and evidence are revealed.

The initial officer's account (as reported by one source) suggested Brown was in the car, although a new eyewitness has come forth today with a quite different account.

Of course, if Brown was in the car they'd have to explain why, as well as how he got out of the car. And either way, if he ran away and was unarmed, did the officer shoot him to stop him from getting away? According to several witnesses' accounts (they must all be lying) Brown turned with his hands up, but was shot multiple times again. So yes, the question remains as to why.

But give 'em a day or so. They'll come up with something.
