Well it does look like you apply a lot of pressure and rub the end of the foreskin forward quite a lot.

But basically I believe that the 3 spongy chambers of the penis can become damaged if you apply too much pressure. Without this sponginess it is harder to pull down. And also if the spongy chambers are deflated there is less of a constant push against the foreskin which means it doesn't stretch as much.
So firstly stop masturbating for a while. If you are a frequent masturbater, which I am guessing you are, this may be hard. But remember, if you get the urge, why you are stopping. It is to allow the spongy chambers to repair and inflate to their proper position. Try to keep busy and plan your day with activities.
Secondly, if you do masturbate, lightly grip the shaft and try not to rub your hand or finger forward over the tip of the foreskin. Keep your hand away from the skin at the tip. Just grab the shaft. But grab it lightly with little pressure.
But as I say the less you masturbate, the better.
You should find that because you allowed the penis to repair by not using it, you get more spontaneous erections - erections without needing to touch it. You want these. These help stretch out the foreskin. Ideally you should feel during erections like your glans (the head of the penis, the bell end) is putting a lot of pressure on the foreskin - as if it really is trying to push through. When these really strong erections start to happen, you know your penis is repaired and are on the right track. So aim for these really strong erections and try to make them last a long time. Note - do not use your hand or masturbate to get an erection - we want spontaneous erections. If you use your hand to get erections then the broken penis is in use and cannot repair self. Only aim for spontaneous erections - as we know the penis is repaired then.
If you want to make the spontaneous erections more powerful for greater stretching effect- exercise and eat green vegetables and plants. This will increase blood flow to the penis.
But you will want to prevent night time ejaculation. To do this use a cold shower or use the detachable shower head to spray your genitals with cold water - do this before bed. After exercise you may also get horny - again use cold water. It gets rid of the hotness and horniness.
