The foreskin does not produce OIL. This is fantasm stuff from the anti-circ folks. There are some glands which produce moisture, but it is not oil nor lubricant.
Circumcised people do not produce smegma. They shed skin cells.
Smegma is the result of the foreksin retaining dead skin cells in a warm/moist environment which favours bacteria which decompose the cells, producing the cheeze smell.
In a circumcised, the shed skin cells just fall off don't spend hours/days trapped in an environment that favours bacterial decomposition.
Uncircumcised men with short forekins are often like circumcised males because if their foreksin is retracted regularly, then any shed skin cells fall off and don't stay under foreksin long enough to decompose in a smelly way.
