I do have a problem with it, as I do with all routine cutting of children, male and female. Your pride in your scarred penis does not give you the right to cut your child.

My father was uncut, until a pre-antibiotic infection forced his circumcision (which he regretted all his life)
I am uncut
My son is uncut
My grandson is uncut

(And lets put the abortion discussion aside. It is a hijack of this thread)

That was said a while ago. I've evolved.

I was loosely cut. But please don't refer to my manhood as "scarred."

Peace.

My dad is uncut, he was very free with being naked and I was very fascinated with his uncut since I am cut. Guess that's why I have a thing for uncut
I always find the "to match his father" logic... nonsense? I think growing up I saw my father naked maybe 1x...& a (maybe) 8 year old me certainly did not match my father. My tiny nub looked nothing like his serpent. Cut/uncut was not a thing I would have noticed since they were so completely different. To have seen & compared would have been deliberate I think & part of a conversation. If you're having a conversation then I hope it's educational & should leave the child with knowledge, not confusion.
So Erpap, did the difference btwn you & Dad leave you negatively scarred?
You mention fascination - was there a conversation between Dad & you about the differences or was it just 'there' for you to figure out?
