I mean, that's what's left of your cut frenulum. I would remove that with sharp scissors. After cutting my frenulum in half. There are also two remnants of the frenulum, which I then removed with sharp scissors.

Had mine done by a urologist. Went in to ask about the discomfort during sex due to a tight frenelum and he convinced me that we can sort it out there in the chair. Few mins of numbing cream, cut with laser, all took about 20 mins. Slight discomfort 1/2 days after especially with morning wood but nothing serious. 1 week to heal with no playing with yourself and done for good.. love the sensation of my foreskin sliding all the way back and can handle pretty much any rough sex u can throw at him )

Second did people masterbate while the tie is on? I know sex would be reckless but I’m unsure if careful masterbation would work. Thanks so much for your thoughts!!

with condom should be okay. you cant speed it up. it only takes about a week to drop off

Actually masturbation and sex would speed it up. Anything that manipulates the skin will encourage the tie to cut. Let's just hope the doctor did the tie tight enough.

If it doesn't hurt then have at it. My only concern would be hygiene. You absolutely want to make sure that the area is washed completely after any sexual activity.

You can do it if you want. You don't need our permission But I think it looks great already!

I think you need to be careful when you do. You're getting very close to the glans and possible thick veins in the last one. You might find just slowly cutting through with a plasma pen a better idea.

I've tied my frenulum twice with rather positive results. Like you, my frenulum was never that sensitive, though what sensation I did have hasn't changed -- it's just moved a bit further away from the glans since it's no longer attached there.

It made it a lot easier to stretch my foreskin and dock things in it, and it moves much more freely. I can also do fun things with it like fold it and stretch it over stuff that I didn't use to be able to.

Attached are some comparison shots that show the difference before and after the two ties. In the "erect side" pic, the red line on the after pictures is the original angle as shown in the before picture.

I'd really like to do a third tie to completely separate it; I want my foreskin to move like a cylindrical tube.

I had frenuloplasty since my puberty.; it is a very simple practice with electric escapel, without blood and sutures.. The foreskin will be too loose and it can retract all the way on shaft penis, unwrinkled, its glan very well peeled and cleaner .

I advise this practice to all uncut men.

Before getting cut I did various things to my fren over the years. I wore a sock with a rubber band to keep my foreskin retracted when I was 15 and this sort of severed part of it, accidentally. I snipped it with some blunt nail scissors when I was 18 (not as dumb as it sounds but should have used better scissors). Then finally I did a DIY frenular tie when I was 27, just months before I got cut. By the time I got circumcised and asked for the fren to be removed the doc was like "your frenulum is basically gone already".

Releasing or removing a frenulum is definitely an upgrade IMO. Intactivists may fetishise this useless ridge of skin but I always felt better the more loose it was. These days I have a very low circ so my entire fren area is gone anyway.

I don't think anyone really needs his fren and the vast majority of adult circ guys I've asked have said they don't miss theirs.
