Here is another update (03/07/2018). It healed up from the first tying, you can see in these pictures the dark spots are where the scabs formed and are solid, and will fall off in time, there is no bleeding when touched or anything. I started the second tie today. In the picture with the arrows you can see the entry point for the tie where I put in the needle, it is marked with the red arrow, and the anchor point just at the bottom and of the glands where I wrapped the tie, it is marked with the yellow arrow. The distance between is about 1/4 inch but it might not look like that since it was pulled close together by the tie. This one hopefully will finish the project with the desired results. If it doesn’t I can always do a third tie if need be but I think it will be enough. We will see. I made sure to tie the first knot this time very very tight, don’t want it loose like last time, I’d rather not have to nick the last bit again as it isn’t the easiest thing to cut, it’s quite tough and you also don’t want to mess it up lol. I’ll update in a few days with some progress ^_^
