Have you tried fixing one end before cutting it off? The nylon line should still be usable that way.

Did a bit of research and saw that heat and putting the wire under tension is probably the best way to straighten it.

Also a surgeon's knot makes use of 2 different wires being put together. But I've got a feeling that people have done the knot using only 1 line only? Any help?

Why would you need a surgeon's knot for tying the frenulum? I only used one piece of fishing line and regular knots for tying, although I made more than one regular knot to keep the line tied up.

A surgeon's knot doesn't need 2 pieces of thread.. but a surgeon's knot is just a slightly more secure version of a regular knot. Less likely to come undone.

Ok, so I know I didn’t update this very timely. The whole thing took about a week and this is about 1-2 months late. But here is the final results. I think it came out well and I’m happy with the results.

Just did the second part - used a .008 fishing line. Hoping it will cut through as I did two knots both very tight. But what happens if they dont go through? I now have 3 knots on my cock and I am way too scared to exacto it hahaha

If you keep the knots tight they will cut through the frenulum. You just have to be patient.

But how to i keep the knots tight when they are too tight to loosen and re tighten if that makes sense?

Did you try to open the knot with the tip of a needle? If you cannot open the tie you can try to put a new piece of thread/fishing line etc. into the holes. Then make a knot while leaving the old piece of thread/fishing line in place.

If the knots are tight all you can do is wait. It will take some time.

Another update - hole is a lot larger, so i added a fourth knot today. Should be through in a couple days. Very excited!
