The questions you ask make me wonder if you have ever played with your dick before... I'm cut, so I can't fully relate to your questions, but as far as the foreskin getting 'stuck' in the exposed head position, I feel like the more that happens, the more the foreskin will stretch out a bit and eventually it will slide back and forth more freely. I've known guys who could never expose the head of their dick because of a tight foreskin muscle... it can be snipped to allow it free movement without having the whole thing cut off (incase you are thinking of going that route).

Ok 2 things. 1. Pissing with your foreskin NOT pulled back is just wrong, its so unhygienic. And 2. Mostly all uncut guys do not cum with their foreskin forward, it will just roll back when you enter anyway. Dont think ive ever cum with my skin forward. Seems odd you would say that.

1. I invariably piss with the foreskin forward and then pull it back at the end, if I feel like it. There is nothing wrong about pissing through the foreskin. I've never had any kind of trouble down there, to think there is is just germ-neurosis. No-one ever died of urine under the foreskin. 2. Most guys I've seen actually DO come, at least when they masturbate, with some of the skin slipping over the corona. Most guys don't like to touch the head of the penis with their bare hands. In my case, the foreskin is long and covers the whole head when hard. I like to keep it forward when masturbating, as the tip is very sensitive. Im not neurotic at all. It just seems cleaner to me to pull it back when i pee. And its not as wet down there when im done is all.
