On a serious note, it more or less depend on your geographic location. Do I have a preference? Absolutely. Will I turn a guy down for having the opposite? Nope.

I prefer intact, for crazy marathon sex a foreskin makes it easier on the Gs

Circumcision is not something I'd ever do to my children, but it's totally a non-factor in sexual partners.
