Painful 10+ hour erections are not uncommon in my family, especially at a young age, but it seems like the consequence is not only a massive deformed penis, but often ED in the long run. I'm 35 and starting to experience ED. I was given a prescription for Cialis, so we'll see how it goes. My doctor also recommended trying a penis pump, so I'll have to investigate where the best place to buy one online is.

My younger brother started taking Cialis at age 32, but not long afterwards he experienced severe priapisms. He and his wife were trying to have children so he kept taking Cialis and kept experiencing priapisms. His penis apparently grew "inches" in length and girth until sex became unbearably painful for her (at near 11 inches girth *GULP*). He's researching reduction options and has also been advised to get an inflatable implant prosthesis.

Def have the prostate exam. When it enlarges (which does not mean u have prostate cancer) it will affect your ability to get hard. I would also stay away from the jelqueing. I would also say more guys have this problem than admit it.

Op here.... I am have been using the Cialis daily, and it has begun to help. I still want to go see a urologist eventually. Thanks for all your advice and stories.
You can afford Cialis, but cannot pay for even one visit to a urologist?
Get to the doctor! That should be your priority.
(Why aren't you on ACA/Obama/RomneyCare?)

First off ...stand down, I do have insurance, thankful for Obamacare. My primary Doctor gave me a month of Cialis with a free card. Then I had some Gastro problems that came up, which became my priority. Had a procedure to fix that problem. Once It has healed, I will make my appointment to see a Urologist. ..... Thank you for your comment.

best friend (female and active on tinder) told me that at age 30+ 90% have some sort of erection problems. She said most need 5 to 10 Minutes to get it up or lose erection.

Late 50s here and never noticed a problem until recently. I had atrial fibrillation, a common heart problem and recently had ablation procedures to correct it. For the past year or more before the procedures I was put on prescriptions for both rate control and rhythm control drugs (rate control lowers heart rate and BP and rhythm control maintains a normal rhythm.

A while after taking the drugs I noticed my erections were slower to develop and often less firm, although when fully aroused I would still get rock hard. I also noticed more frequent urination.

Long story short, after the procedures, I was told to discontinue the drugs to test the result. Within a couple of days, I was back to full erections and my urination urges settled back to normal.

So check your drug prescriptions for possible sexual side effects. A surprisingly large number of drugs can affect sexual function.

ED for more than 10 years. Try to accept. Donot take pills. I have learnd to live with a softy. There are many things you cann do with your wife without an erection. Btw the glace stays sencitive, the balls also. When playing I cumm with the softy.
The looks at a longtime impotent cock are not Nice. He had lost his color. Lukky to be big that there still hangs a big soft Dick.
