His entire tweet was actually "My husband chasing them down to harass them #banalityofevil"
What this says is that he was critical of his husband behavior, not approving of it. The OP of that thread make it seem like it was a gay couple harrassing a poor heterosexual family (hence the children in his photo, who were actually not involved in any way) for the obvious purpose of making it look fair that they will suffer homophobia (hence the vague warning that "hate begets hate").
Twisted bro. No where does the above tweet imply he is critical of his husband's behavior. In fact, I infer the "#banalityofevil" was more than likely supportive of the husband's behavior, and directed the hashtag at Ivanka. If the tweeter was really not supportive of his husband's behavior, what the hell is he doing tweeting it? Why didn't he simply try to stop him, as most spouse's or significant other's would try to do when their partner is visibly upset, and on the verge of committing a potentially dangerous action? Tweeting his actions would be the furthest thing on my mind.
I saw the original post, and it was nothing like you profess the OP was implying. The OP said the actions of (Goldstein) did not help the gay community. No where did he state or imply that a gay couple was harassing a poor heterosexual family. I fully understood where the point the OP was making, that Goldstein exhibited obvious hate, and a lack of tolerance that many (particularly in the gay community) so strongly fight against on a daily baiss. That was how I intepreted the OP. You can put whatever spin you like, but you're being disingenuous.
Too bad it was taken down so others could judge for themselves.
