Hi there.

I have trouble wearing underwear.

My skin is extremely sensitive and my testicles will chafe/dry out. Generally anything I wear "rides up" or doesn't stay tightened at the leg portions.

If I wear plain white undies my balls will chafe and itch to bleeding. My ass will itch too.

If I wear boxers my ass (a few inches from the hole), the area under and around my ballsack, and my ballsack itself will develop irritation, slits, amd bleeding.

Boxer briefs agitate my balls, mainly because they scrunch up around that area.

This doesn't seem to be a specific type of fabric issue.

I freeball now as I don't have the finances to keep testing different underwear.

Pants and such will chafe too but far less than underwear. Walking around for extended periods will wreck havoc.

Does anyone have underwear or prevention suggestions/ similar issues?

Background:

I'm 6 feet tall, 155 pounds. My cock is 4-5 inches, not thick. My left testicle is dead, and substantially smaller than the right (which is the one that generally chafes).

No chance this is a washing powder issue? Some people have bad reactions to chemicals in washing powder or even common soap and obviously its being rubbed back and forth. Different ones might not have the same effect.

Apart from that might be some sort of long term skin infection. Ive noticed these days that hospitals tend to use an alcohol based rub you squirt on your hands and rub in to kill off germs before visitng people in hospital. you can buy it quite cheaply. Might be worth giving that a try on the affected area to see if it helps.

Yeah. Different everythings. The soap will effect the ballsack if I use soap on it directly and take hot showers.

My main issue is the chafing with clothes.

It's happened my whole life. I wore only windsuits growing up to avoid it and wasn't diaper friendly I'm told.

I was having crotch rot and also irritation in the arm pits. I tried powders and creams and finally one day I wiped the area(s) with white vinegar. Everything cleared up and has not come back after 6 months.

It might be your laundry detergent. I cannot wear underwear that have been washed in Tide. I feel like I have a colony of fire ants in my crotch, and I'll end up scratching myself raw. I have to use dye and fragrance free soap. I use a little white vinegar as fabric softener as well. Try a few different brands until you find something that doesn't bother you, or maybe switch to a brand made for infants for a while.

I'll try that, thank you for the suggestion.

Tide is incredibly harsh on the skin. Ditto to the rawness.

Generally I stick with non fragranced items.

I could try the infant brands, yeah.
