Damn and blast it.

They have stopped producing the trunks I wear!

When I was growing up / late teens I had a disaster with underwear, I ended up buying boxers far too large just to get the room and in turn had issues with being down my leg getting caught up in trousers and in a couple of very embarrassing sports / latter gym sessions falling out the bottom of shorts....

That all changed about 12 odd years ago when I found lonsdale boxer trunks (with button fly) they just have far more room at the front than any other underwear I've found and that was it, I replaced my entire stock with them and have been buying them ever since until I went to buy some over the weekend - could I find any any where? Nope! All i can find is a range by lonsdale with a brief style opening, but it's obvious there is much less material, even on the xl size (which is far to big on the waist) ....

Now trying to find them online, it looks like this range has replaced my beloved underwear of choice for the last 12 years or so!

Back to the drawing board!

Any suggestions for replacement ones would be extremely useful....

This is your idea of a disaster? Really? It's underwear. Deal with it.

Well, yes... Its an underwear disaster!

Of course I am not comparing it to serious illness nor the flooding we have had etc etc. Hence the word -underwear- before the word -disaster-

But for underwear, yes its a disaster, looking at month / years of discomfort again if I can't find an alternative......

You have been wearing the same brand for over 10 years; a ton of brands and better fabrics have come along for big boys ever since (Boxer Shorts | BigBoys is No.1 Voted Sexy Underwear for Men. - www.bigboys.ie)

Why are you being so alarmist?

I wrote about a similar "disaster" awhile back (in this forum) when they stopped making the brand I liked. I also wrote about having found a suitable replacement: Calvin Klein "trunks" made of something called 90% modal, which closely duplicated the perfect blend of polyester and spandex that my previous duds had.

(see: http://www.lpsg.com/269223-new-undies-ck-micro-modal.html)

They have the kind of expansion one needs to stuff one's junk into. But hey, those Big Boys look interesting too. Might have to look into getting a pair.
