I lift for mainly power and strength so do a lot of oly lifting. Freeballed today (per pic), and it wasn’t good. Lots of extra distracting movement!!

yeah seems like you'd have to be adjusting and readjusting a lot, not great for an workout. Ive worn a cheap jock before and hated having to stop mid-set because my dick and balls were moving too much or in an awkward position

for upper body or cardio i wear shorts with a good liner or comp shorts under gym shorts. for leg days i like a jock bc ive torn comp shorts before plus they bunch
