Instead of questioning the OP perhaps an answer is more appropriate.
I wear a swim jock underneath my trunks, cutting out the mesh liner. I do have a Nike suit that has a nice lining. It’s old and is a bikini style that isn’t something I would wear in many US settings. Europe is another issue entirely.
I don’t know if Nike still offers a lined suit. I did a quick Google search and found www.chubbiesshorts.com that looks promising. My Google search was “men’s lined swim wear” and gave me a large return.
Good luck finding what you want.

I do the same, I cut out the liner & wear a jock. While the shorts / swim trunks fit well, often it is that stupid liner that has an awkward fit, too tight.

I don't think I've ever seen underwear-lined swimwear! Interesting notion. I've seen lots of guys at the water park who wear underwear under their swimsuits. I guess for modesty? I prefer nothing but the thin suit, including the awful mesh liners that always seem to have tiny leg openings and small up-front area. Argh, they get cut out immediately.

I hope you have some good luck finding what you want! Can you describe what feature you're looking for in wanting the underwear-lining?

I am looking for swim trunks that have proper support instead of the goods just hanging loosely and chafing because of wet skin on skin contact. Saxx has something like this but their stock is super limited. Was trying to find other alternatives.
