any advice on how to or what to do to get into the underwear modeling industry? I’ve been thinking of starting for some time and figured I could get some food advice on here

Look at few underwear fashion shows like CK, Zara, Versace Hugo Boss, Armani, and all of those make underwear makers, and see if you mesure to those models.. I know Andrew Christian’s models are super hot, he picks up the hires guys in America ..

Get a decent photographer to take some good but not too artist shots of you (formal, casual, swimwear and underwear) make sure they don't forget a hand and barefoot shot.
Put together your portfolio, nothing extravagant (less is more) and send it to agencies. You'll start as freelance, but with some luck, an agency might want to exploit you (make no mistake and look very closely the contracts agencies might offer some are close to indenture)
Good luck

And, do keep in mind the fact that the modeling industry is rife with drugs and (bad, negative) sex and quickly uses up the majority of its players.
