Hi,

I use a shirt every day and stay seated most part of the day, I don't like the way the shirt gets when I get up
It does stay inside the pants but I like it better if it stays stretched.

I already look at some kind of elastic bands that attach one end to the sock and the other to the shirt but that shows off through the pants.

It would be great if there's something like the body that exists for women.

Do any of you have any experience with some kind of solution for this

I had a friend who wore bikini underwear and pulled them up and over his tee shirt and dress shirt. He would then pull the dress shirt tails through each leg in both the front and the back. It looked bizarre as hell but worked.
How do I know? I asked him how he prevented blousing because he always looked great. He closed his office door and showed me. Another thing is to wear tailored shirts that actually fit you. There’s an App called MTAILOR that I have on my phone but have never used that purports to make custom clothes.
I have two tailors locally that I use for dress clothes. The difference in fit is worth every penny.

Yes, the tailored shirt helps but not much because my waist is more slim than my chest so it goes up, the shirt stays inside the pants but I get extra fabric around the waist every time I get up from the chair.

Your friends idea is great but I don't like that much wearing underwear so if I understand it right he uses the bikini on top of the normal underwear with the shirt between them.

No. The underwear style is bikini. I’m not referring to a bikini swim wear.
I’ve included a picture for reference.
