Underwear under foreskin?

Well the other day I was using the urinal and as always I retracted my foreskin to pee. In a rush I finished and just threw it back in my pants. As my foreskin rolled back over my head it collected some of my underwear under it. It felt awesome! Not only did my soft underwear feel good on my head but the underwear kind of guided my dick as it bounced for the rest of the day and best of all it didn't rub!

Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone do this on purpose?

My foreskin rolls back pretty fast when not being retracted, so this has never happened to me.

I was at a swimming pool several years ago and this guy got up on the diving board. He had on nylon shorts instead of a swimming suit. Apparently he had nothing on underneath. There was a distinct pucker in the front of the shorts where the head of his dick was. Some how he had caught the shorts in his foreskin. He pulled on the shorts and the pucker came out. Sometimes I find a bit of cotton lint in my foreskin from the underwear, nothing more.
