I hadn't been out to Vimeo in forever and it looked like they were providing streaming service. As I said, I didn't have an account.

That's not how Vimeo works... Even if the entire video costs money, you don't need an account to view the video page, as you need that video page to choose either rent or buy and go through your payment. So far, that link you provided is just the trailer. Nothing more even if you have an account.
Yeah, it was playing at movie festivals, but I think it was out somewhere else, coz I first heard of this movie from another forum, where someone posted a video file of the sex scene from this movie, but the file link is dead now.
It was a link to download the video, but when I first saw that post, the link was already dead. Someone downloaded the video has replied the post claiming the guy was showing his erect dick.
