Russell Howard's good news is good for these.

my most uplifting story of 2009 is, the man who recieved £10,000 in gibving information about a rapist leading to a conviction. to take the money and give it to the victim as he "didnt deserve an award for doing what anyone would have done"

if that man has to buy a pint for the rest of his life its an injustice.

Best and most uplifting story, hands down, of 2009, is that Michael Schumaker is coming out of retirement to drive for Mercedes' new Formula 1 team. Biggest swinging dick in racing, brass balls like nobody else, and he's not above playing a little dirty to win.

It's always great to watch a real, world class man, do what he does best.

He's a warrior, and we need more of those, everywhere....
