A short, 5'6" guy here, rgear2, with perfect peripheral vision. With my head str8 ahead toward the top of the urinal, I can cut my eyes and get a glimpse of the appendage and take a quick look to see if the person is looking at me. After this formality, what I do next completely depends on the results of the survey. :

I was wearing sweats yesterday when I went into a mens room with a trough, a urinal that gives a man no place to hide.  I had been driving for quite a while and had to go bad and as is my habit when there's no fly in my pants, I pulled the entire package out over the waistband and let fly.
