Revenge in Brighton has two rows of urinals facing each other. The dividing wall between them is high enough that you only see the head and shoulders of the person opposite you, but the rows are staggered so that if you look along the line to the right, you can see pretty much everything.
Over here, they sometimes use mushroom type urinals at outdoor festivals. They're about waist high with six holes that you stand around. They're OK if you're not shy, but I've seen some guys turn around and head for the bushes when they've seen them.
