It's much more preferable to consult a urologist in person than 'chatting' with one online. He could doubtless give you more accurate advice and/or prognoses from actual examination than he could offer just based on what he thinks you're describing.
Ineligible: That's certainly very true, Whopper, and I assume blood tests for hormone levels would be essential, and can hardly be done over the Net. But I imagine urologists are expensive.
