I do both, If I pull my balls out I go over the top of the boxerstrap creating a fulcrum holding my dick straight outwards pretty much and then I don't need to hold it at all. hands free I stand like superman, pissing into the urinal from about a foot from the edge. best place to do it is the theatre when 98% of the other people are practically crawling into the urinal they stand so close to it.
