Hi everyone,

I was advice to use a penis vacuum pump by my urologist to cure a mild erectile dysfunction. I use an approved medical device for 20 minutes a day. Although, I read in some serious studies that in some cases, after a long term use (> 5-7 years) each day, a pump may cause problems such as Peyrone's disease or even serious erectile dysfunction.

Does any of you that uses a vacuum pump since a long time ago has ever experienced such problems? Any problem of weaker erections? Does it make sense to interrupt the routine for some days?

Thank you!

That's funny my Urologist said he recommended pumping for an erection! 10 plus year cock and nut pumper here and the only thing that I have gotten out of it, that I was not expecting is a fully hooded cock, boners are just great

Thank you tnman! Ok I will go on with pumping.
Maybe do you have any suggestion to avoid discoloration?

So far as I know, when pumping is recommended for ED, it is in the form of pump it until it has reached "full size" then slip a band around the base to help maintain the size and stiffness until the sex is over, at which point you remove the band and let the blood drain out.

But, pumping to "exercise" the cock in order to improve ED symptoms generally? Never heard of that.

I am using the pump for rehab, short pumping. Not for reaching or keeping and erection with a constriction ring. Just pumping and back to soft.

hzs3fg I was advice to rehabilitate the penis after an injury. Although I was late in acknowledging the problem (every other urologist had no idea), the penis looks effective for the moment. I side it by tadalafil and it looks ok. Just hoping it will get better...and maybe I will keep using the pump to maintain the activity, if there are no other side effects. There are studies (see papers in Nature) that justify its use for rehab.

Was concerned about damage and curvature

littleguy2 do you have curvature or was he concerned about the pump creating a curvature? I am curved too, sometimes uncomfortable in the tube :)

thank you all for the replies
