i was thinking the same about her post but got distracted by something shiny before i could respond.

some women pop as soon as you touch them,
some women take forever and a day,
and some never cum at all.

and it's all perfectly normal and healthy, if a little frustrating at times. it's not proof that a woman is repressed or up tight if she doesn't O as easily as the others. it's not her fault or her lovers' faults. it's just the way some women are wired.

I have to agree. We are none of us 'broken'. We are all of us splendid.

there are occasions when an inability to orgasm are related to medical/mental health issues. everything from anti-depressants to high blood pressure to nerve damage following vaginal birth to shame related to body/sex.

so while not all women who don't orgasm have anything wrong, some do.
and those ladies might be less than chipper about their non-orgasm status.

Life would be utterly dreary if we were all turned out with the same cookie cutter, Ms MickeyLee.

This is how I felt. I felt broken.

I lost my ability to orgasm when my estrogen levels dropped and that caused issues in my nether region, especially in regards to pain during sex and loss of sex drive. Hormone therapy in the form of some very expensive cream rubbed in well daily enabled me to orgasm again. Before I had the baby, I was about as horny as a woman could possibly be without actually rubbing up against the furniture like a cat in heat, so it really can happen to anyone, of any level of libido. Just take a gander at Miss Petite's pre-pregnancy posts on LPSG! I loved being horny and mulit-orgasmic and I wasn't happy when my body stopped working the way I felt it was supposed to.

i'd find away to express my individuality with sprinkles and artful use of icing :biggrin1:

@Ms. Petite i have been following ya up and downs with post baby sex. mad joyous ya were able to find treatment that's been successful of ya and TheBF. *maybe all that rubbing had something to do with it :eyeroll:*

i be one of the hyper-horny women, and orgasms have always been plentiful and in ample supply. couldn't imagine how frustrated i'd be if something changed. i'd kinda lose a bit of myself, like, how i see my self as a sexual person. i had a brief wobble in orgasm intensity after a spinal clunking.. i was okay with maybe having a limp, meh-orgasms was the most helpless/deprived feeling.
*is not to say any other ladies would feel the same, is a me thing*

Every thing is made better with the use of sprinkles and the artful use of icing, for true!

*giggles at the thought of an icing bikini topped with glitter sprinkles*

You could be quoting my wife, Petite. Sometimes she gets almost pissed at the way her body has "failed" her after three kids. But usually it just makes her sad. I do my best to keep her spirits high and go with her hormonal flow. On the best days, we celebrate with very loving sex.

I was off the forum for a while and lost track of how you were doing postnatal. Please tell me that things have improved either physically or in ways to overcome the physical changes.
