He is not known abroad: he is an Italian t.v. host charged with rape allegations and later cleared. In the trial che stated his size did not allow him to force anybody to have anal, without causing injuries.

Personally i don't appreciate him much, he is so full of himself, but here you go what italians used to call "Il Merolone".

It is not dispregiative, but ironic. In Italian Merolone sounds like "the big Merola" and it ironically refers to his penis.
