How important is it to you?
If validation was important to me I'd still be living on the farm milking cows.
Ooh, validation can be dangerous. I'm not too bothered, really. I find you're naturally validated when surrounded by friends - the danger comes from being influenced by strangers (or 'friends') and 'selling-out', for example. Some things aren't right or wrong, they just sit on a philosophical cliff-edge forever.
Validation for myself is not important at all. Validation for my work drives me.
I managed to stop caring what most other people think of me or my activities, sometime in my early 30s.
The older I get, the more I accomplish, the less I seek validation. Like me, don't like me. I don't care. Accept me, cool. Reject me, fuck you.
Yeah i'm just now starting to get to that point in my life. Didn't know it before but i looked for validation in all sorts of places, school (especially school lol), relationships, friends, work you name it. Now though, beginning to not give even half a fuck.
The only validation I seek is on my parking.:biggrin1:
Not too important for me.
I'm too arrogant to care what other people think.
I know the whole world worships me - to actually show it would just be tacky.
