I used it last night in tandem with a shoestring as a makeshift cock ring/ball cuff.

Now, I may have made it too tight since there was a deep purple color to my scrotum for a few minutes. That and there was a small dark-purple spot (about 1/8" in diameter) that went away slowly.

And right after cumming, I went to the bathroom (I was alone and the bathroom isn't that far from my room) and noticed that my dick was quite veiny despite the fact that it was now only half-erect.
