Variance in soft size?

Note: I'm not concerned about this and am aware its not unhealthy, just curious as to how common this is.

Any time I open my boxers I seem to find something a little different - anything between 2.5" and 4" long and in proportion in girth. The latter isn't a semi; this is me going to take a wizz while thinking about sports, the weekend, or the effects of the industrialisation of shanghai on neighbouring hangzhou. I'll go to the urinal, flop it out and go "oh - where did that extra 1.5" come from?". Maybe my subconscious is flipping through the porn in my memory.

Anyway; just curious. Everyone here seems to post their soft size as though that's always the size they are when flacid.

It is very common, although perhaps not as pronounced as you describe but, flaccid size is related a lot to outside temperature and stress. If the temperature is cold or you are under stress, that puppy will shrink to next to nothing. If it is warm outside or, best example, when you step out of a hot shower, it will be much larger flaccid.

i know it changes, in about a 2" range. but i dont really even notice.

when guys post the size of their penis soft or hard, its pretty much always going to be the biggest it gets.

Yeah, when I was younger I could go thru many soft to semi states, anywhere from a more reticent "I don't wanna be here" hang to a VERY relaxed softie that could lie on that chase lounger right with me and ask me for a sip of tea to boot. Especially on hot summer days.

Definitly, I vary greatly. Anywhere from a rather average softie I'd rather not be at the urinal with, to really nice hang that draws double takes. I hate that! I wish it was always at it's larger soft state, though it never really drops anywhere below 4.5" so i guess I really have nothing to worry about per se.

Nice cock there ryguy. Mine is always reliably 4"-4.5" in the winter to 5"-5.5" in the summer. A little more than 7" hard, so that makes me a shower. Only when I'm extremely cold does is get so tiny I can hardly find it in among all the extra clothes I would be wearing.
