I've been to Las Vegas a couple of times and the spas there are amazing especially Mandalay Bay and Qua at Caesar's! I live in the east coast of Canada so it's hard to go back on a regular basis...

I have yet to find non-coed spas/gyms in other North American cities as luxurious as Vegas spas, where the atmosphere is as relaxed, where it's clothing optional, where there's some looking, some touching and some cruising going on.

Are there any similar spas around north America, especially on the east coast?

I've been to Premier57 spa in NYC or Club La Cité gym in Montreal. Both have saunas/steamrooms but not as nice or as big as the ones in Vegas.

I have the same question! I’m in Washington, DC...Vegas spas are incredible, but too far away...but so good.
