Im pretty hung and have a healthy body ..

When my cock is flacd and floppy in shower i notice i have a vein under my left testicle which doesnt hurt or anything then dissapears when erect? its almost like a coiled round vein !

It's probably a varicocele. It is very common on the left side for some reason that has to do with the anatomy of the vascular system there. I have one. It can be very prominent when I am standing and warm. Like a bag of worms. When I lay down it drains away. They can staple it off with a small scrotal incision and then it just dries up and goes away. Mine hasn't caused me any problems, so no worries.
