im 18 years old, and for a while i have had this problem. i randomly get these things on my penis that look like pimples. Usually just one at a time, and not very often. I am almost sure its not a disease, because it has been happening way before since i started being sexually active. it always goes away after a week or two, and sometimes it even has what looks like a whitehead on it. Anyone know what's wrong?

I get pin sized red dots on my head and right under it sometimes. I've heard people can get pimples though, although mine dont have any white or pus and are barely a mm in diameter. Anyone know if this is normal as well?

Most likely just blocked oil-secreting glands in the skin. They are not red or itchy are they? If they are then they might be a yeasty infection – thrush. If they aren't and they've been there as long as you can remember they are probably just these sebaceous glands – not a disease.

These are normal. They're actually hair follicles which either have not sprouted hair or have sprouted extremely fine vellus hair you can barely see. They become blocked just because the area secretes a lot of sebum. I've found soap isn't the best bet for washing the boys. A non-soap cleanser works really well and try to avoid oil-based lubes if you use lube to J/O.
